Another Bad Ass Home Despair Project. I Mean Repair Project
Since I don't have babies and new parenting skills to brag and blog about, I offer instead another glimpse into my home repair exploits. Mom & Dad, I hope this warms your hearts and makes you proud:
Hey Jen, You know that I'm proud of you! All those years of hearing me swear at inanimate walls, pipes,ceilings,mouldings,and paint have come to fruition! You have graduated into a real home do it yourselfer. You better be careful or Bo will want to hire you.I'll have to admit that one does get a little rush of self pride when a complete disaster that you have created goes through the metamorphis and looks beautiful when you are done. Congratulations, you've gone from the outside to the inside and have proven you can do it.Keep up the good work. Dad
Thanks for your encouragement. I feel like I've learned a lot in the past year and best of all I'm not nearly as "afraid" of starting projects, asking questions and trying stuff.
Jen, You may have learned the most important lesson in all of you endeavors. Don't ever be hesitant to ask questions. From doing home projects to financial exploits ask until you understand. Seek out good council! It will pay off in the long run. Dad
